These sealants are formulated to provide maximum stain protection and excellent oil and water repellency to a variety of substrates with little or no change in appearance. It allows for moisture vapor transmission, light foot traffic four hours after application, and is fully cured within 24 hours.<\/p>\n<p>We also carry a enhancing penetrating sealer which will enhance and darken the color of natural stone without changing the sheen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Topical Sealers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stone Improvement carries a water-based, VOC free, satin finish, durable, chemical resistant, acrylic sealer designed for use on interior \/ exterior slate, concrete and terrazzo. The UV resistant formula will not yellow or cloud over time and will strongly resist the harsh effects of outdoor weathering. Unlike all other topical sealants, this sealant is breathable for applications where moisture might be an issue.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we carry a durable, UV resistant, VOC free, satin finish, urethane hybrid coating for use on porous concrete, masonry and natural stone surfaces. This one part, water-based, chemical design performs like most two component systems, making it an excellent choice for commercial and garage floor coatings. Just a few coats will provide superior resistance to water, oil, solvents, and food-based stains.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grout Color Sealer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grout color sealing is offered for ceramic\/porcelain tile. Grout color sealants are the premium solution for transforming old looking grout back to new and extreme protection against mold and staining. This advanced, water based formula quickly bonds to grout lines to create an even and uniform color and appearance.<\/p>\n<p>Grout color sealants are an excellent choice if a change in grout color is desired. This product is available in most major grout manufacturer\u2019s colors.\u00a0Grout color sealants are carefully applied to each individual grout joint using a tooth brush.
