Kitchen Counter Marble Polishing and Sealant Application San Francisco, Bay Area
This lovely Inner Richmond home had expensive marble counters in the kitchen. After about ten years of use without proper maintenance, these counters became heavily etched and scratched. Stone Improvement was called in for this marble polishing service. The service starts with us masked off everything in the kitchen to prevent any damage from the slurry created. The marble polishing was then started using diamond embedded pads and angle grinders. This job we used four different grit levels of diamonds. We then took down all of the masking and applied our solvent based penetrating sealant. This sealant will help protect the counters for two to five years into the future.
