This elegantly restored lobby in Downtown San Francisco had pavers tile floors in the lobby and terrazzo tile floors in the break room and kitchen area. Stone Improvement was hired for the lobby and break room tile and grout cleaning service. We first scrub the pavers tile and terrazzo with our floor machine equipped with a non-abrasive pad and our tile cleaning solution. We then finish the tile cleaning process by going over the areas with our extractor machine. Our hard surface extractor has 1,100 psi water pressure with a dual vacuum system. This thoroughly rinses the tile and grout, removing the dirt and leaving it nice and clean. The tile cleaning service is completed in one day and foot traffic is allowed immediately after completion.
