Stone Improvement was hired to clean this Saltillo tile floor in San Rafael. The floor was extremely dirty from years of wear and tear and needed a good cleaning so the tile and grout could be sealed. We used a floor machine to help with the scrubbing for the tile cleaning. After going over the area with the floor machine and cleaner we used the hard surface extractor for a deep cleaning on the tile and grout. This combo made the floor look brand new! Sometime a hard surface extractor tile cleaning service is all you need to make your floor look great again. After the tile cleaning we let the floor dry before sealing it with a penetrating sealer. The owners wanted a more natural matte finish so the penetrating sealer was the way to go. The sealant takes 24 hours to fully cure.
